How Lead Guardian 24/7 Works

Lead prospects can be input individually or in bulk

Loan officers who develop their own leads can input the lead phone numbers into the system and those leads will only be available for that loan officer to access.

Bulk leads are assigned to specific Loan Officers by an Administrator or Manager

Each day Lead Guardian 24/7 generates a queue of newly assigned leads and leads already contacted and scheduled for follow-up that day. If a call back is scheduled for a specific time that day, an alert message will pop up 20 minutes before the scheduled time to notify the agent of scheduled call. The alert message is displayed until the agent either dismisses the reminder or reschedules the follow-up for a later date or time.

Lead follow-up activity is recorded in the system and promotional emails can be sent directly from your browser window. You can create your own "canned" email messages which are automatically customized with the agent's name, phone number and email address as well as a personalized message to the prospect.
