My managers and I have adopted the LeadGuardian philosophy of
creating a
"Pro-active Sales Control Environment" and what a difference!
We now hold our Loan Officers to a much higher level
of accountabilty in the handling of our leads than
in the past. Leads that have not been contacted, are
more than a couple days old, or have not been aggressively worked
are now reassigned to other staff with the push of a button.
Real time tracking of our lead sources, Loan Officers
and sale staffs production has now enabled us to manage our leads
and staff, the way we have always managed our loans in the processing
pipeline.
